Description of the fields or Attribute in the shape files or the Excel file database:

FID_1 (object ID in Order) you must erase and keep just the Id column
Id (object ID in Order)   NOM_
COMP (nom complet du FIR) 
REGION (where the FIR are in the ICAO region   
KIND (if it's an Upper FIR or a Lower FIR) FIR dup (If there are more then one FIR superposed with the same name for Labelling) 
ICAOCODE (Identification Code for the FIR 4 LETTERS)  
RESP who is responsable for that FIR which Regional Office) 
FIRname (complete FIR NAME)        HISTORIC            REMARKS
